Questions about the AA "Spell Casting Mastery".
1) Does this only work on your main Specialization spells the one that caps at 250?
2) Or does it work on any spell, as the others cap at 50, so in theory when you cast a spell, it always does a check for specialization even if its capped at 50? So it should work on any spell.
3) Does this AA even work yet?
Hoping it works on any spell, and that it does indead work, as i have Scm3 now
