Specification of "lower Level"

Just a quick question regarding the latest Notes on site.

What consitutes 'lower level'? As in level range, 1 - 10? 1 - 20?

Just looking to clarify where the new attention is being paid. :? :? :?
 
I would think 30 and underish. By level 35-40 your already usually getting the hang of things. but that still doesn't mean you can't ask for help at higher levels =p
 
I'd disagree with the 35-40 bits, i mean alot of people are pretty much able to use there classes by 20, i think its the matter of getting the spells like on a shm for Eq. 24 for canni 1, where you get used to the sensible use of it in differing situation etc...
 
Well, I'm more speaking for getting used to how the server works, the people, the zones, the quests. Character play is something that most people don't really get until they are level 60, imo.
 
I was just wondering, but while fighting in Lair of Paw, how the hell do some of these damn cats kick me for like 200dmg non-critical?! Man that hurts.... I'd rather get hit by a flurry :)

something is for sure wrong if they are kicking for 200...are you 100% sure they are bashing?

I am going to go with under 55. Can make a AOL speak filter too? "ne 1 no whar ima gonna d0"
