It should appear in an empty inventory space on the first character you log in.

I just checked my character and alas, he does not have the item... Guess it was never meant to be... ;(

As a Beast it is somewhat useless item as we have our pet out 99% of the time anyway and thus can not use the fribbit.

Damnit. So I don't suppose this one week dealy ever got extended or anything? Kind of sucks to be away from any computer capable of using EQ for a week right when SoD comes back ;(
