So I've read threw a few forums and people mention there arn't enough people to level up with to make things more fun. I have come up with a solution to this that might make all non 65 levels more populated.
Solution 1:
Just as one would enter an exp band with some one else to share experience what if you could link a level 1 character to a level 65 character so that experiance you earn on a fresh level one could be sent to your 65 to stimulate more lower elvels in the game. Only 1 leveling char can be linked to 1 high level char. The experience is not split it goes to both chars.
Solution 2:
Just like the Exp sharing with a lower level and a higher level and also throwing in the idea of the exp able items from adepts. An EXP able Augment or Charm that can be linked to another character. While playing this other Character you would be improving your "Main" while leveling up a newbie.
