soulbound illusions

is it possible to have non-soulbound/perma illusions NOT overwrite soulbound/perma illusions? it's incredibly annoying to illusion yourself.. only to have the trigger happy enchanter click his gnome earring on the entire raid. it would be nice if nothing could overwrite the soulbound illusions (even other soulbound ones).. but i'm not sure what's possible and what's not
 
There is another bug where such as my main , an ogre gets gnome illussioned, he can't move much in tight zones or near any walls or if a person is standing in front of him. So gnome couldn't cut it, i get myself soulbonded perma Dark elf illussioned only to get over-written in every raid to gnome.
Now there's nothing wrong with being a gnome but an ogre -> Gnome , means that i can't climb uphill , can't move near walls, can't get past someone unless the path is clear in front of me. I have no idea why this happens. But being of a middle-height race such as Dark-elf, everything is ok. So please take a look into this OR the above mentioned bug :)
 
That's one reason I hate Spirit of Eagle..
Gnomes + Any kind of nonlinear increases in elevation (steps, jutting rocks,etc..) + Levitate = Click off the levitate to get up.

i have noticed this problem.. but it only seems to affect me after i zone or camp and come back.. if i don't zone or camp then it works fine

can anything be done about this? it's fairly useless to even have the possibility of SB illusion if some newb enchanter with WW earring can overwrite it
 
I'm reasonably sure there's nothing that can be done, because SB and or permanent illusion is taken care of serverside, and thus there's no way to prevent the client from overwriting the buff if they cast the same kind of illusion.
 
alright.. well i guess i'll just have to try to avoid all the mass drive-by gnomings in newport
