Soul Abrasion

Just recently acquired the SHD AA "Soul Abrasion" but I'm not sure if it's working correctly, the description says "This ability increases the damage of all your lifetaps". My lifetaps don't do more damage they just return more life, like deflux does 371 damage but returns 389 life to me, not sure if this was intended or not and if it was could the AA be reworded, thanks.

They are totally right. It's not doing the damage that it heals for. Not really a big deal to me though, but it would be a sweet fix.
 
Since the buglist page is down I can't bug "Soul Abrasion" and was wondering if it was still being fixed or not.
