Something Greedy - The Evil Path Problem

I've tried hailing Jordor the Lost multiple times with two different characters, and the only response I get from him is "..." I tried saying the line that would be the next step in the dialogue, but to no avail. I have tarted the quest in the SoS, so the only possible error I can think of is that, to check the whether or not that I had started it yet, I hailed Seeker Tresaria, she responded '... you've returned once again. From the look on your face, I suppose you're ready to continue on, yes?' and then I left without continuing the dialogue. I've killed him three times so far, fust to see if he would drop it anyways, but no luck there either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, not really wanting to skip this part....

Skip getting the map. Follow the path out to the wall. Turn right before you go through the wall, and click on trees until you find the old tree. Hail it with shovel in hand, kill the skeletons, bash the chest, and move on with life.

I think the problem is that I hailed the Seeker, but didn't say 'I am ready to continue.', because I needed to make sure I had already completed the dialogue to so the Side Quest...
