1) I cannot find a zone connection map to save my life. I've searched the web and google and have only come up with broke links.

Any chance someone could point me in the direction of a good map?

2) Is there a bazaar ingame? If not, do I just repeat that I am looking to buy/sell in populated zones?

3) Is there a good quest database?

4) Besides the startup guide, is there a comprehensive list of what is different abotu SoD from live?

1) Go back to SoD's webpage and follow the link to the Wiki. All the zones are listed and a few zone connection maps are there too.

2) Nope. However, the /auction channel is server-wide. There is also a relatively new quasi-bazaar, check the Tome of Knowledge sub-forum for that info.

3) The wiki, and asking around.

4) Not really, no. Some changes are radical, some others are more subtle. You'll find that the game mechanics change a lot faster here than on Live, I've only been playing for a few weeks and there has already been a couple of important changes implemented. Keep up with the patch messages, read the forums, browse the wiki, pay attention to in-game information and ask questions, that's about the only way you'll be able to learn all the differences.

1. Sticky: SoD related websites - Must have list post in this forum has the zone connection map link, and many other useful links. It's Sticky, so it'll always be near the top. ;)

2. No. See The Listing System post in the Tome of Knowledge forum for what to use instead.

3. The SoD Wikipedia (aka the wiki) is what you want, specifically the Quests link at the top of the main page. This link also available from the main SoD page.

4. There's some information in the Wiki, but scattered from what I've found.
 
1) look at the Stickys on the SoD Discussion page (about 4-5 posts above this one...) you will find a sticky post named "SOD related websites - must have list" that has a link to a zone connection map - the link works, just checked it.

2) no Bazaar in SOD, best bet is to read thru the forums here to get an idea as to how buying / selling works in SoD - best bet, check the topics under the "Balancing Discussion" section of these forums.

3) under the same post where you will find the zone connection map, you will find a link to the SOD Wiki - always a work in progress, but it does have a nice amount of quests written up.

4) as for what is different between SOD and that other game, best bet is to read thru these forums. I do not beleive that there is a page that details the difference, but many of the differences are discussed within various posts.
