Just posting some quest items that at the level you can obtain them and the length and difficulty you have to go through to complete the quest currently you have much better items you can obtain at lower levels from named mobs after they got updated. I will probably keep updating the list.
https://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/wiki/Shield_of_the_Mammoth < you have to be lvl 17 at least to get it, have a tracker, kill a shit lot of mammoths for their pelts. You can get much better at much lower level now. Here is a quick example https://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/wiki/Stretched_Hide_Shield which you can get pristine as early as lvl 3. I would recommend adding maybe AGI stat to the shield, more AC, and maybe some mana if you want to be generous. Or possibly make it expable to something that puts the ACs in the mid 30s to make it slightly better than what you can get from named mobs at that level.
https://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/wiki/Insignia_of_Newport/Tank < the lenght and complexity of this quest makes it not worth it, specially when you can now get a pristine warlord earring for the DR2 and not have to deal with the pain of doing Newport ring quest. I would recommend to make it expeable to give it AC of ~12 and possibly increase the HP/Mana to 60ish~70ish.
