SOLVED - Blackscale Warleader augment

Was told to post here ; I am warleader according to the quest NPC Tizaka or the order on the toon Arcadia ; she won't accept my corsair's mark though, so could I get either a flag change or a GM excahnge of the augment please ?
Have a screenshot to back it up.

Would like to add I'm online right now ; it's a common bug I heard, many people have to petition to get their last faction augment.

This was fixed without having to summon the aug i would like to add. Woldaff fixed the npc you get the aug from so this should be an all around fix not only for Arcadia.
