sodpatcher.exe - Application Error

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.


I get this whenever I try to run the new patcher. I downloaded it, extracted it to a folder and.... boom.

Do you have Net 1.1 installed? You need that to run the patcher. I was getting the same error until I installed it.
