SoD and Vista?

Howdy folks, long time listener, first time caller.

I've recently installed Windows Vista RC1, and since then I have no sound, my video is really laggy, and my gamma is all whacked out (and can't be changed via the slider).

Anyone else having issues, or is this just one of those standard MSFT-first-release problems?
 
RC1 was very buggy when I played around with it, but I never even attempted to play any games on it. I wouldn't count on any game support until the full version comes out and even then nothing is guaranteed.
 
I have been playing SOD on 4 different computers 3 are Vista Business. All run SOD fine with one exception. One of the computers has a dual processor AMD 64 X2. At this point I have not had luck with the AMD processor patches. I also tried removing them and resetting my CMOS to let Vista reloads Microsoft's dual processor drivers. That did not work. I am still working on a permanent solution. All of my versions on Business Vista were upgrades not fresh installs and they worked great except the dual processor issue. In addition all computers were using a different Nvida card and they also worked fine. I have played no less than 8 straight hours while testing the machines..It seems the commercial release of Vista Business works fine.
