SoD and EQ?

So, I was wondering if it is possible to play both the current "original" EQ and SoD. Not at the same time, just in general. Since I know the zone/map files get added to the original EQ folder, I wasn't sure if that then corrupted the original EQ.

If you backup your Game Directory, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to play both (from separate folders, one set up and patched for each game) simultaneously.
