Ok so, i made a new account and attached it to a e-mail account that doesnt exist (oops, typo). So i went to the account management tab on the front page to change the PoA to my actual account, but without the first being real how will i be able to log in and approve this?

You won't. You need to be able to verify your email address to set the PoA.
Since it's a new account, did you already create the character(s)?
If not, then just create a new account using your right info.
If you already created a new character on the account, unless you've gotten to 20, it's probably easier to start over on a fresh account.
