SOD 2.5 Does Not Recognize Dedicated Video Card on Laptop

Is there a way to get SOD to recognize my Dedicated video card on my laptop? I hav'nt seen you guys and gals in a while, i've been on the move. I am in Tulsa, OK now in law school. I got a new laptop which plays games awesome, but when I try to play SOD it reverts to the integrated gfx system and lags outrageous. This is not great cause it plays Battlefield 1 and Gears of War 4 flawless, and it says I am using Intel HD GFX, when it has a sweet video card.

Any help would be appreciated,

You probably need to go into your graphics card control panel, click on something that says like 3D settings and add eqgame.exe then change your preferred graphics processor from integrated to w/e card you have.

Sorry w/o knowing what graphics card you have I can't be more specific.
