Collection of my own best screenshots since before WR came down.
I was going through my HD the other day to clear up some space, and ended up looking through my screenshots from WR, and realized there had been almost an entire year since I put the server up. Cleaned most out, but there is a few I felt like keeping, and figured I would share. Note that they are not in any particular "age" order.
- The first real "raid" on WR. Just a single group, hitting deep Dragon Necropolis. We got caught up in the middle of one of the wandering grids and ended up fighting about 20 mobs in a row. It was a real close call, but we pulled it off.
- Nasty nasty rampage mob that we took down after... I think 8 failures in total. Was a nice moment.
- Same Kael raid killing Arena Master again.
- First really successful Plane of Torment raid. We got quite deep farming twisted ore for a couple people doing a quest.
- Killing a mob for Cleric Epic.
- One of the "honorary mention" mobs. I named a bunch of mobs after online friends. Len helped kill himself.
- Fighting in Tower of Solusek Ro (Tower of Tarhyl). I think it was Thomas 1000th death or something. Poor Wizards.
- Mini-raid on ToV. Pretty frustrating night (people falling asleep and fumbling at their jobs) but we did kill a couple minis.
- Killing Rosaline for a quest, then deciding to whack the nearby Addy too.
- I think his original name was "darksauron" or something similar. He never did contact me, so I renamed him to Gigglesword. He logged off.
- Since books aren not working, one of the GMs gathered people together and did a little lesson on tradeskills, teaching out recipes and auctioning out a few of the items he sewed for display.
- Second dragon we ever killed. Her habit to knockback people and summon them under the world gets annoying. She is gone now, was "killed" when the players failed a defensive quest.
- "Wiz was bored" event in Nurga. Was followed by the invasion of the goblin plush dolls.
- Another of those little events. The player Chopper did win in the end.
- Invasion on Thurgadin. Dragons attacked and were stopped at the gates.
- First kill of The Stasis Preserver, a real bitch of a mob that got us a number of times.
- First visit to 7th floor of ToFS after TSP went down. We promptly got fairly badly owned by Yinazra and called it a night.
- First raid on Akheva.
- Just a DN shot I liked.
- Do not truffle with Humongous Fungus.
- Ghetto AE in old sebilis.
- Another seb shot, deep down in tunnels.
