Smithed augments vendor value

Would it be possible to have a vendor value added to smithed augments? Like maybe 1/2 of the cost of the metal bar used to make them? ie. HQ augs which use a platinum bar would sell to vendors for ~25pp since the bar costs ~51pp.

No. We want augments to be disadvantagous for skilling up, since they tend to be simpler to make than most other items.
