Small graphic bug - buff window

Hello again!

After successfully logging into WR, and getting everything set up, there is only one small bug remaining that I can't seem to fix.

In my buffs window, there is a permanent 'poison dripping dagger' icon that won't go away. It is not clickable, and has no mouse-over tooltip.
It is also the graphic priority, meaning it shows up in the first buff slot no matter what i cast... stretching the buff window a bit reveals the working buff i cast hidden behind the bugged one.

I have heard runors that this is due to some 'max buff number limit' discrepancy between the default eq client and WR.
I have also heard that 'editing my xml file' can cure this.

The problem is, i'm xml stupid.
If this is indeed the fix, can someone please instruct me as to which xml file(s) to mess with, and what line(s) to change, and perhaps a decent free xml editor.

Thanks in advance for any help!

I've heard it has something to do with being patched to a newer version of live than WR supports. Anyway, I just ignore it. If I set my buff window to any fade level other than 100, it doesn't show up unless I hover over it.

How I got rid of it (sorta)
I set my alpha/faded level to 0
I leave my alpha/normal level to 100 (can be whatever you like)

If you set the faded level of the effects window to 0, the border on the window will not show up and neither will the bugged icon unless you hover over the window.
