are you getting any type of lag? cause you might be getting a very small amount of lag, constantly. enough to slow her down just enough to fall out of range of bard songs and be slightly slower than others with SoW

thats really strange, i dont think i've seen that problem before. hopefully another more skilled person can help out with this one
 
This can happen sometimes if you're using EQ PlayNice ... if that's the case turn it off and see if everything returns to normal.

Not all programs that set processor affinity are made equal.

Furthermore, within one program that sets affinity, it doesn't always set it for a specific app the exact same each time.

There is a good chance this is your issue, as the symptoms you listed (each time you re-open the client, it changes) would be prevalent in this case.

Although, the instructions were a bit off (for me at least). This will set the affinity of a certain app at a much more consistent rate.

And just so we are accurate:

Are you absolutely sure that when you set the affinity through imagecfg, it got set properly?

What applications (such as fire wall, anti-virus, firefox, WoW etc) do you have running when noting this problem? Do you have any other processes set to specific processors? You may want to try shutting everything down you possibly can prior to opening the game. For your anti-virus and what not, you can briefly turn it off to try. See if that helps at all.
