Skills do not show after levelling them up

Hello. I have a woodelf ranger account that I have been levelling. I've found out that after putting some points into either bash or dodge (after I have attained the correct level), they do not turn up in the skill list. Once I somehow got a hotkey button for bash, but using it doesn't work.

Other skills that I already have seem to level up properly. It's the ones with a level requirement that cannot be learnt.

Rangers do not receive bash at all.

You can train dodge at level 10 and disarm at level 40, despite the level requirements that the client shows. These skills are client bugs and can't be fixed.
