SK Newbie armor quest

I collected the 6 froglok sentry belts for SK newbie vambraces but the npc does not accept them. Reading the text, it appears they must be crushed but I am not finding any info on how this is to be done or where to do it. Any ideas?
 
Could you please try to include a little more info, like which NPC you're supposed to turn them in to?
 
When you complete the squire's helm of faith section of the newbie armor quest, Dreadmaster Natzrii asks if you are ready for test of might. He gives you a bar of metal and tells you to goto Sithika of the Blades. You give the bar to Sithika and she tells you to collect 6 Froglok sentry belts and tells you that the crushed remains of them would make good armor. Since the belts are not stackable, I attempted to put 4 in the trade window to see if she would take them. She simply returns them to you without saying anything. She doesn't give any info as to how to crush the belts, which I assume turns them into a stackable ore-type item. I tried putting them into the forge but that didn't do anything. There isn't a container given to put the items into to combine them either.
 
OK, the issue is that the belts were turned from stackables into real belts... I'll lower the amount of belts needed to 4.
 
Will this be retroactive? I've already turned in the bar and started the quest and she doesn't accept 4 belts from me.
 
i'm having the same problem with the belts (june 30, 2006), asks for 6 but doesn't take any when turned in
NPC name = [ Sithika of the Blades ] in Grobb.
 
Sithika is fixed, the reason this was not fixed earlier is because I could find no trace of belts needed on Naztrii.
