I can't seem to find Spirit Talker Grekal that you get sent to for the Test of Faith and I've searched the entire city at least 5 times. I would have assumed he would be either a Necro or Shaman, but he doesn't seem to be there either. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
 
He is at the end of the tunnel off of the first large area from zone in, male iksar up on the platform.
