SK and TOV port necklaces

I'd like to suggest changing the mobs from Enforcer Husrag (for the Stormkeep port necklace) and Lord Za'Yth (for the Dragonhorn Keep port necklace) to a different pair of mobs that are not raid targets. These mobs are rarely up longer than a day and for someone working on their faction it is not a very big window of time.

Perhap making a new mob that has a 30 minute respawn and is level 30 or so would be an option. I just know that attaining the needed faction is hard once you've become KOS to one side; even after you've attained it you have to hope that Enforcer or Za is up and that you don't lose the faction in the mean-time.
 
Another solution would be to spawn different versions of the mob. Like a lvl 50 Enforcer Husrag with tons of hps, no loot and not giving huge faction bonus on kill, which respawns every 30 minutes/1 hour. Every XXX time (don't know the respawn on the current mob) it depops and the current version of the mob spawns.

This way you wouldnt change content and they'll continue giving out quests and the such.

Its been several months in the works any chance this is nearing completion?

it would be very nice to be able to turn in scales/heads and gems when we get them vs waiting for a rare chance the mobs aren't dead.
 
I think it's a pain for people how have a certain time frame to play in and can never hand in their stuff they need. I waited forever to hand in heads to enforcer and Za, and about 4 times in a row they were killed before I got the chance. This would be a very helpful change to people in the odd time zone.
 
This also makes me think of where the port necks bring you. I was wondering if the Dragonhorn port neck spot at the entrance can have a trigger that zones you outside. Since SK gives you access to WW, and GD to Thurg, even Faentharc, that's a really handy port. Whereas if your KOS to dragons , you can't get outside of WW unless your a rogue, or a decent group. Even in Storms Eye you can directly port yourself outside.

Giant port neck gives raid benifits and group/travel benifits whereas if your in a guild, your not going to be friends with dragons for long, the the port neck there is only useful in getting you to DN, which isn't hard for raids even if you get a port from a wizard or druid, which surely one would be online for raids.

So, what I'm asking is that the entrance to DHK have a click that brings you to WW...is this at all possible?
 
Yeah I would really like to see these faction/quest mobs up a lot more. It sucks when you're raiding DH and someone from another guild/guildless shouts and asks where the turn in mob/port neck mob is, and you have to say you killed it and then they cry and go away and you want to say omg I'm sorry but they still go away empty handed ;(

Also on a (semi) side not, perhaps we can change the ETO sword quest a little (I dont know much about it, just that I have 40+ of them in my bank and they're 12 wt each and I'm still KoS) so its easier to turn them in? Because as of right now I'm assuming I'll have upwards of 60 swords before I can even turn them in, and then I'll have to wait for him to spawn (a week?) and then try and convince a druid to port me X amount of times (I may have to do multiple trips because I have so many swords and they're HEAVY) Then again I dont know much about ETO or his spawn or this faction quest, so if I'm mistaken just flame me :p

It only seems fair. you can be KoS to giants and still make perfect and dangerless use of the zone line.
 
In addition to this (and especially with the planes down being revamped making for less available raid targets) the Mobs that are the quest turn ins for ornate armor are never up for more than a few hours.

I understand that there are priorities of coding needed to be done, bit I do ask for some expediance of this task if at all possible. We are finding that guild members with armor, gems and faction already to go are having to "bot" someone's "alt" on our raids, or trudge along behind feeling like a fifth wheel so that they are 100% ready for the turn ins before the mob in question gets taken down.

Aye Nern would be nice to be able to raid and not worry about the faction I've got over a bag full of scales to turn in and then I can do my armor....... if I can ever meet up with enforcer
 
indeed. i was very much hoping this would be in the patch but alas, it is not.

I know there are tons of things that have to be done but ive been waiting for a couple of weeks now to get my clicky neck!! The problem for me is that the enforce spawns at a time where it is nigh impossible for me to be online, so i have t hope he will _eventually_ survive through the night so i can do my turn in :lol:


anyways. PLEASE make haste with making a new mob or whatever other solution so we can get our neckies and slaughter giants again ;)
