Sivyana aug quest

I started this quest today but I'm not sure it works as intended.
I used the clicky on 2 different mobs that are supposed to be captured. It never worked. At full health, mezzed , at 10% health... I have no message about a successful capture, and no message about mobs being weak enough to be captured. How is it supposed to work ?
 
Tested all of this out - it is working as it should. Unless you want to include more info or PM me not much more I can tell you.
 
I lost my bag of capture 2 days ago, trying new tricks. I gave it to a mob who never returned it to me. I need a new bag because The Master of Torture won't give me one.
 
is there anything more to this quest after the first part? i cant seem to get the torture master to do anything after i turn in the full body bag
 
so some new shit has come to light here, i have a copy of the quest prisoners of sivyana in both my active and completed quests

and when i hail the torture lady she says "Are you ready for your next task, Zorlaft?"

and all i can say is "[D1] You don't have a task for me yet"

so now im lost
