The reactive proc on the Singed Vestments of Rage might not be functioning properly. While the proc does indeed go off, it appears to nuke the player rather than the attacker. It does this regardless of whether the player targets himself or the attacker.
If, for some reason, this is the intended effect, it would be nice for there to be some indication to the player that this item is intended for the masochist (along the lines of the Robe of the Icarus, for example). However, given that the other [BIND ON EQUIP] items with clickies and procs from the same area work either to the player's advantage or the enemy's disadvantage, it seems unlikely that this proc is meant to work against the character wearing it....
