Approximately how long does it take to reach max level with an effective two-box (say.. monk/shaman) on this server?

You are going to need to provide how many hours a week you play for that to be anble to be answered.

Well... unless the answer is given in played time But I'm currently unemployed and job searching, so could be a lot of hours depending on how much I enjoy the server. I haven't played since WR (I tried playing about a year ago but was getting dropped on every zone... gonna see if my new location / ISP fixes that or not). I'm interested in getting up to the point to see Ikisith.

Depends how much you know about the game. If you played here before and have any sort of cash? probably 6-10 days played depending on luck/how much grouping you do.
