Shrouded Isle

I was thinking about moving to Shrouded Isle, but didn't want to run all the way over there if I wasn't ready yet. What's a good level to start there?

I think the front yard trash is doable around level 8-12ish?

And this zone, from what I'm told CAN take you all the way up into the 30's... I'm currently 23 and think I first went there at like lvl 6 in a full group or something.

on my mage alt i went from 8 to 12 from front yard trash. i then proceded to outside the mansion wandering trash to about 15.
eventually i landed a group and went to about lvl 21 inside the first floor of the mansion, soloed my way to 25 on the lower floor when i couldnt get a group and after that i left for diffrent zones while eventually coming back to solo upstairs mobs which were blue and sometimes higher.

The upper floor mobs are lvl 27-29, they were even and yellow cons for me around then. They are just decent exp; what's interesting is the rings you get off the nobles, you get +7500 exp for 2 of them when given to the erudite outside.
The basement was all red to me at 29 except the tentacles terror.
I suppose you can easily get to 35-36 there. Maybe 40.

So about 19-27ish?

Yes, at lvl 15 everything was either too hig or too low really. 19-20 was the start of the good stuff for me: the lower level inside the mansion.

The basement can take you to mid-high 40's nicely, if you have access. (key/rogue/bard)

Shrouded Isle is a heaven zone for a solo pally. If only the 'new area' bonus would stop at 0% heh.

From the Lord of the Estate who is a rare spawn (no place holder) in the middle of the ouside porch/balchony area.

Yes, and he was deep red at lvl 29. With my duo war/shaman, i was getting him to 30%. Luckily, a high lvl necro passed by...

Edit: oh yeah, he is a very rare spawn too. It doesn't have a placeholder, but seems to be on a very long timer.

He is on either 5 or 7 days timer IIRC but not 100% sure if this is correct since I killed him far over a year ago.

Thanks all. Based on the advice I hit up the warrens and figure once I hit 16 I'll head over to the Shrouded Isle.
