Shroud of Nightmares

The spell Shroud of Nightmares seems to resisted quite a bit, perhaps I'm fighting mobs that have really high magic resist all the time, but I usually exp in east plaguelands. My CHA after getting rotting plague on me is about 95, was just wondering if east plagueland mobs have high magic resist or perhaps my CHA is too low, thanks.
 
Cha gear isn't the easiest to come by ithout sacrificing things like AC and HP,w hich are important on a tank.
In any case, I two-box with a shaman, which has cha buffs. They are nice. Get you some.
 
Remember us knights don't get to sit down and med, so getting resisted and not having good mana regeneration makes us really lame.
