Garland of the Sylph
is a drop from a very easy tier 4 mob that is routinely solo pulled and killed with 1 group (or less) within an hour of spawning, every time. It's also part of the terrible Salve system and suffers from the deprecated increased Planar spawn times of a few years back. It made sense to increase Plane spawn times from 4 to 7 back when people were just ignoring entropy/earth/etc but I digress... the Shrink clicky is a 5 second cast time.

Tome of the Imp Lord
is a drop from a tier 7 mob that requires running around Plane of Fire and killing multiple bosses and... well, I don't want to spoil it, but it's a much harder and more time consuming item to get, as well as being a rare drop from what is essentially an easter egg mob. (yeah, there is a drop that references Felyn) The Shrink clicky is a 10 second cast time.

Yeah, this is a minor gripe because I'm one of the few people in the game with this item, but if it could at least be dropped to 5 seconds to match the item 3 tiers lower I don't think that's unreasonable and would probably get people more interested in exploring Plane of Fire, which has a lot of little quirks and cool things, but unfortunately just became a zone required for Insignia of Sagacity.

While this request is reasonable the real problem is chargeless shrink clickies are too rare for those races unable to use the contracting choker. We could really use another option or two.

Yeah I was just gonna come back and edit my post, but Raxton said what I wanted to. There really should be a quested or easier to get shrink clicky, it's a huge problem in places like first ruins for iksars (who can't use contracting choker)

P.S. - Easy solution! Make the contracting choker all/all (naturally, it even fits in the name already!)

at the very least, iksar should be on contracting choker. they are larger than humans! and maybe throw shrink on a few various raid items that don't have effects already, kinda like was done with backstab/archery. easy solution. i don't think this is stepping on shm/bst toes at all, in fact as someone who plays a shaman myself i'd be thrilled if i didn't have to cast it constantly.

also this is unrelated but dear god please stop putting worn illusions on items or at least let you blockbuff them or something so they dont take hold. maybe even like "/cm wornillusions off" or something i realize this is minor but wow it drives me nuts
