Shield of the Misplaced Thoughts

Could someone take a look at this shield?
Shield of the Misplaced Thoughts
AC: 30 Magic DMG: 10 AGI: +20 INT: +40 CHA: +40 HP: +200 MANA: +235 MR: +40 Mind Shield: +15% Stun Resist: +5% Flowing Thought: +2, int caster only

Compared to Vorrel, it is better. A bit less HP and Mana, +2 FT (though everyone at this level of the game has cap or above cap FT), 4 more resist, and better item effects. Compared to Hurthi, it's close, maybe a tiny bit better for casters. All three are great shields, but considering that getting to this mob requires a considerable amount of work, maybe a bit more stats, interesting focus like a range increment (haven't seen any items in the zone drop that?), or ?? Not sure if it matters too, but a lot of the gear here is a pretty big upgrade which makes this shield questionable. Thanks for looking.

Which brings up an interesting point, the next raid mob drops Shield of Meditative Terror which is, in my opinion, much better than Hurthi with all three effects of focus, item effect, and skill mod, 3 less AC but 20 more hp and 40 more mana, more damange reduction, more mind shield, more stun resist, a tiny bit more resist, same FT 2 but no +agro. I feel that Shield of Meditative Terror is right where it needs to be considering the zone (you need to fight Prime Enchanter just to get into the zone!), and I was hoping that this shield, Shield of the Misplaced Thoughts, could get looked into.

While I can agree that the Shield of the Misplaced Thoughts is pretty lackluster, it isn't exactly fair to compare it to Shield of Meditative Terror since the former comes from a harder encounter.
