I with rotlord on a 3 day spawn timer and basically on perma camped by players it causes a serious bottle neck in the quest especially when any class can do the quest and the item itself is trade able. Perhaps adding in a collection quest to anger him and spawn him could be done to alleviate the bottleneck some. Like whenver100 of any of the plague land heads are turned into to the SoF quest giver he'd spawn perhaps?
