Should this have some wisdom on it, just wondering probably not supposed to.
 
Wis caster usable and everything else is beneficial to both, I would think that it was overlooked~
 
It could have been overlooked or it could be like rotblade and it's supposed to be like this.
 
It could of been overlooked, i know Wiz has some things hes getting ready to patch. Just like the Vingrin wand of animation its wis useable but no wis on it, he says he has it fixed but he needs to patch maybe he is rounding up all the items like that.
 
Not everything will be the best for every class - sometimes items have multiple classes on it to make things less class-specific. I can't speak for that item but you'll see that every now and then.
 
We have always considered the ones we have gotten for all our casters as the int version to frikaal shoulders. Currently we are are happy with these shoulders.
