Shawl of Endurance Bug?

Any chance that the Recovery I part of the Shawl of Endurance might be bugged? The item in question drops off of the Fleshflower, a level 26 adept with a maximum engage of 23. When I check fomelo, the recovery i get from the shawl does not register.
 
recovery on fomelo is buggy right now, if you look around you'll see a lot of people with -3,000 recovery and the like.
 
Sorry to bump this, but I found that the cloak does not have "Recovery I" -- it has "Focus Effect: Recovery I". I looked at another post about a ring with "focus effect: recovery", and the mod said that this was a mistake, and the ring should just have Recovery on it. So does this mean that the Shawl of Endurance should also have straight Recovery I, instead of Focus Effect: Recovery I?
 
This is indeed a bug. I am out of town but am bringing it up with the designer for you.
