Shared Power Bugged?

I just trained Shared Power on my beastlord, but my pet Spirit of Soothing proc is healing for the same amount as it was before I got the AA. My beastlord has Healing Increment 5 and his specializations are almost capped, so obviously there should have been some increase in the heal from the proc, right? I've resummoned the pet, relogged, rebuffed it, etc. since training the AA and still nothing.

Edit- Actually, when I take my heal5 item off, my pet's soothing proc heals for 224, compared to 257 which is what it healed for originally and also what it heals for after getting Shared Power, so I guess it was always taking my Heal Inc into consideration. Oh well, I was looking forward to a bigger proc =( Feel free to scrap this.

Spirit of Soothing was created before the AA was changed to Shared Power, so in order to still allow it to scale, the pet effectively forces you to automatically cast a heal using your own focuses and AAs.

tldr, u have been casting the heal the whole time... not ur pet.
