I would just like to know if any enchanters and their group members have actually tested this AA and found out if it works, and if so what the range on it is? I've seen a few conflicting posts with parses with effects that are so negligible that they're inconclusive.

I'm thinking the actual benefits are pretty small. When you think, however, that you can affect many different AA's at once then this might start to add up for single groups; albeit it's at the cost of a large number of less than ideal AA's for an enchanter.
