shape of the channeler?

any chacne in this coming back in any form? If i remember correctly casters took a nerf to crit % recently and had the spell removed, maybe a short lasting higher crit % simalar to what the melee's have now? or long lasting low % just something comparable to what we used to have

it's not coming back, wizards were too far ahead of all the other classes w/ it.
