I just finished the first quest for the iksar in the Grobb shaman training area and was rewarded a shield. As per the wiki i should be able to get another one where i need to turn in some things to the quartermaster. However the iksar is simpy giving me the same quest repeatedly. I still have the poultice and whatnot and i know theres a next step to this questline im just unsure of how to start it.
