Shaman "malise" line

Hey guys, maybe it's just me, but this spell almost never sticks, and not just on yellows and whites, dk blues that have been dk blue for 3-4 levels resist this spell at least 90% of the time.

My cha when spelled up and with some cha eq is about 120 which at level 31, seems like it would be fine. Am I just unlucky or what? If this experience is the same as everyone's, is there any chance this can get tweaked a bit? I don't even mem it because it doesn't work. I have a better chance to hit a poison, slow, and disease in one try than to hit a malise... Does it at least get better at the higher levels?

Well that's sure good to know. Do the other ones before then (assuming there are any) get better % to hit? I actually had to try 3 times to hit a greeny the other day.

Have you used your specialize to help your resists?

/cm specialize help (info about specialize and what each one does for you)
/cm specialize (shows where you are in each one)

When you hit 250 in a skill, it gives a 10% improvement to those skills.

Posting this just in case you don't know about this stuff. Also, try upping your cha it really can help.

Yeah, I know about specialization and such, and my cha is definately a tad low (I imagine about 130ish including my cha buff should be good until 40 or so?) but it just seems weird to me that a spell designed to lower resists will actually get resisted more than the spells you're trying to stop from being resisted in the first place.

Good point I agree they should be easyer to land, ive always thought that about this line for some reason its not easy to land at all, which makes its mana cost far outweigh its usefullness for soloing and even low level grouping. How ever the level 60 or 65 malo is amazing!
