Your heals have a chance ( 2, 4 , 6, 8%) of granting Spirit of the Great Bear on your target.

Diashan has healed Nebi for 1000
Nebi is infused with an elder spirit
Nebi lashes at her target for 1026 damage (100% proc chance if the buff is on the target. lasts for one tick or one attack)

Neat idea but i think they have said they will not do class tomes that are dependent on a single spell.
 
Not really. The druid tome modifies *all* DS on the group. If a tank has fire ele form or ravenward or other DS clickies it boosts those as well. Or it can just boost a mage DS.
 
Your stance is clearly contradicted. A tome that boosts only Scitterpox is based on one spell. A tome increasing damage shields is not. The fact that you personally only cast one damage shield with any regularity is moot.

There's a reminder then. Also, I'll stop when you admit FF7 was not as good as FF6.
 
shaman's are already so OP you need less tomes, not more. i propose we remove shaman from tome of the mind, since they double dip on it so hard
