Shadowknight Loathing Guard

A couple of questions just to clarify some posts I read.

1) Loathing Guard is now 10% mitigation, not 20% avoidance as the wiki says, correct?
2) Defensive Stance is 10% avoidance, so by going into loathing guard I'm essentially just swapping in avoidance for mitigation, correct?

Correct on both points, unless there has been some unannounced change.

defensive stance is also a 10% melee slow
