Shade Leather Quiver

I purchased the shade leather quiver under the impression that it did not have charges. There were no charges listed on the item, and there are no charges listed on the wanelo. However when I clicked the item, I was promptly told that this item was out of charges. Please fix it so I can poison some monsters with my arrows. :sadf:

I'd quite like to know what the effect on this actualy does before I go running off to spend the next bazillion years looking for one...so pretty^^

The effect is a 3 hour bow proc. When the proc fires, the target takes 30 pts of DD, gets a DoT spell that does 14 dmg/tick, adds 4 poison counters and runs for 2 minutes.

Well as I've said before, it's flagged as a item that doesn't have charges, but when you click it, it's out of charges. I've /bugged it too but no luck as of yet ;( .

It's a bug. It will be fixed next patch.
