SFG Druid Quest

Hey there. I was wondering if anyone has had trouble with the "Moon Ritual" quest in SFG. It says I am supposed to meditate on a bridge in the caves at night, so I assume they are talking about the one next to the waterfall. I sit there at night and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

Last time I did the quest you just wander around the caves at night until you see a named willowisp and hail it to get a buff. It's on a rock bridge in there somewhere.
