Several quick starting questions, I didnt see answers for on searches

Background: My wife and 2 daughters may play with me.

1. Is there information stored here somewhere regarding where all races start?

2. Can every race go into every city without being KOS?

3. Can every race group together?

1 Not sure if there's any info about starting cities.
2 Most cities are okay for most races, there are a few exceptions.
3 All races can group together.
 
Clerics and paladins (high elves at least) are frown upon Grobb. Necromancers and shadowkhights (of the lizard persuasion) are frowned at Halas). And who cares about them frogs? I've heard they frown upon "evil" classes. Not sure, tho.
