What was the exact error you encountered? We don't have an error message that says anything close to "the servers patching"...

well it says that the server needs to patch or are currently working on a patch or i just need to download i specific patch

alright i figuered out that problem but now my mouse pointer wont show up when the game starts up
i cant see it
