Server Locked?

Am i the only one getting a locked server? did i patch wrong? err, i have one server on my list and it's locked, any info would be cool, thanks

yeh, servers working now, and i checked IRC earlier but the page wouldn't load hehe it's all good tho. thanks! =o)
