Seeker Iggib's quest (MQ)

I am having some issues with Seeker Iggib's quest. I have killed literally hundreds of froglok and have yet to see a tongue drop. Is it possible it was removed from the loot table? I have done this quest in the past and I remember the tongues being slighty more rare than the eyes, but I have 2, almost 3 stacks of eyes an 0 tongues.

I am so tempted to make a joke about no tongue, but I think I'll just kiss that good night. You are just having amazingly bad luck to kill a lot of tongue-less frogs.
