Scout Ronfer in South Badlands (bug report)

Zone: Southbadlands

NPC: Scout Ronfer

Problem: I was doing a newport quest and came across this guy... Hailed him, not really expecting what happened. Gnolls started spawning. I killed all of them up untill the last wave with the Captain and one other gnoll. I managed to kill the Captain gnoll but I had to zone the other one. I did loot an unsigned report before I zoned but when I zoned back the Scout wont sign it. Nor will he regive me the quest to spawn the gnolls again. He wont respond to my hails at all... just stands there now and give me back an unsigned report if I hand it to him with no text.

What can I do? Seems like I am stuck at this point without even being able to restart it.

Seems patch reset him and I was able to restart it. =D Thanks for the quick reply though

Yeah, I need to tweak the script still though so your problem doesn't occur for other people.
