Starting this week, all non-emergency/quickfix patches will occur at a scheduled time every week. At the moment, the scheduled patch time is Wednesday at noon EST. Downtime each wednesday will vary, and some wednesdays may not have any patches at all, but most should have some amount of content or bug fixes.
