I tried soulbinding Illusionary Platemail to Jeanval my mage. When I zoned, the sb buff did not go over to my pet, Javert, as other sb buffs do. Could this please be allowed?
Sounds like an issue with it being an illusion. If so, making an exception for Illusionary Platemail seems like a good idea. With /cm blockbuffs, it wouldn't be a problem for people who are particular about their appearance, either.
Oh, I just wanted to give my pet a little extra AC, so I sb'd that to the mage hoping it would carry over which it did not. Since it is a targeted spell, I think most people have to ask for it, or put it on themselves.
they changed it so most targetable spells that get sbd dont transfer to pets... like illusions (that was awesome when it did tho) and combat procs and such..... sb werefrog to BL/mage pet. win the game.
