None of these quests seem to be working.. the guildmasters wont even give the mout at all.. any jelp would be appreciated as money is too hard to come by right now to buy the vendor sold armor. =) Thanks.

I was not even aware that any newbie quests existed for the frogs, not even a faction one.

Frogloks are hardy people that do not need elfcrutches.
